De kwaliteit van producten/ingrediënten beoordeelt en klaarzet
De basis-kooktechnieken toepast en gerechten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitsnormen bereidt en presenteert.
Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and interim quality checks.
Responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.
Professionally directs the helper(s) and provides input with regard to the composition and modification of menus, the map and the methods.
Your profile
MBO 3 working and thinking level.
Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
This is what we have to offer you:
Salary in accordance with the catering collective labor agreement between € 2,550 and € 3,050 (depending on your experience)
