Wij zijn op zoek naar 3 Zelfstandig Werkend Kok-I voor ons restaurant Masala Tandoori Indian Restaurant, Wevershoekstraat 59 B, 3081 PC Rotterdam.

De functie: Zelfstandig werkend kok-I. 

Functieomschrijving en taken: Van onze nieuwe collega verwachten wij dat hij/zij:

• Stressbestendig

• Bereid de ingrediënten zelf voor

• Apply the basic cooking techniques

• Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and interim quality checks.

• Responsible for stock and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.

• Professionally directs the helper(s) and provides input with regard to the composition and modification of menus, the map and the methods.

Your profile

• MBO 3 working and thinking level.

• Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

• Speaks English or Dutch.

• Salary in accordance with the catering collective labor agreement between € 2,600 and € 3100 (depending on your experience)
