The position: Independently working cook-I.
Job description and tasks:
We expect our new colleague to:
Assess and prepare the quality of products/ingredients
Applies the basic cooking techniques and prepares and presents dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and interim quality checks.
Responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.
Professionally directs the helper(s) and provides input with regard to the composition and modification of menus, the map and the methods.
Your profile
MBO 3 working and thinking level.
Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.

Salary in accordance with the catering collective labor agreement between € 2,550 and € 3,050 (depending on your experience)
