Stress resistant
Prepare the ingredients yourself
Apply the basic cooking techniques
Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and interim quality checks.
Responsible for stock and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.
Professionally directs the helper(s) and provides input with regard to the composition and modification of menus, the map and the methods.
Your profile
MBO 3 working and thinking level.
Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.

Salary in accordance with the catering collective labor agreement between € 2600 and € 3100 (depending on your experience)
